Als u in de kinderopvang werkt in Malaysia — of het nu in een kinderdagverblijf, peuterspeelzaal, thuisopvang of kamp is — is de certificering in EHBO en reanimatie niet optioneel. Wat Malaysia vereist

Under the Child Care Centre Act 1984 (Act 308) and the TASKA Regulations 2012 (Reg. 54), every operator, manager, supervisor and caregiver at a registered childcare centre must attend and pass the recognised PERMATA Childcare Course within twelve months of starting work, and that mandatory curriculum includes a module on first aid and accident prevention. Oversight rests with the Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. Dedicated first aid and CPR courses are widely offered as complementary training to deepen that foundation.
