托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR Malaysia
Malaysia的要求
Under the Child Care Centre Act 1984 (Act 308) and the TASKA Regulations 2012 (Reg. 54), every operator, manager, supervisor and caregiver at a registered childcare centre must attend and pass the recognised PERMATA Childcare Course within twelve months of starting work, and that mandatory curriculum includes a module on first aid and accident prevention. Oversight rests with the Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. Dedicated first aid and CPR courses are widely offered as complementary training to deepen that foundation.
过敏性休克与药物给药
Malaysia has no childcare- or school-specific framework for anaphylaxis or stock epinephrine, and adrenaline auto-injectors are prescription-only with an unreliable supply, so centres are neither required nor equipped to hold or administer them. That reality makes prevention and quick recognition essential — knowing each child's allergies, avoiding known triggers, and calling for emergency help the instant a reaction appears. Caregivers trained to spot a severe reaction and act without panic give a centre its best line of defence.

不要等到续期那天
The mandatory childcare course lays a foundation, but a child who suddenly chokes or stops breathing needs a caregiver whose hands already know what to do — because in those first moments, there is no one else. A recognised, standards-based first aid and CPR certification builds exactly that reflex, complementing the required training and reassuring parents that their child is in ready, capable care. Choosing to be fully prepared is one of the clearest ways a caregiver honours the trust a family places in them.
