工作场所急救要求

如果您在Malaysia经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。

雇主的义务——为救助同事

工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Malaysia适用的法规。

Malaysia的法律要求

Malaysia通过国家立法管理职业健康与安全，要求雇主在工作场所提供急救。

Online theory is permitted; the mandatory hands-on skills assessment (CPR, AED, first aid) is completed in person with a recognized provider — a blended model, standard for the statutory workplace first-aider certificate.

• Shift coverage is non-negotiable: a factory running two or three shifts must have trained first-aiders present on every shift.
• Factories are additionally governed by the Factories and Machinery Regulations 1970, which specify first aid facilities for industrial environments.
